Guidelines :: Goods and Merchandise Links
To protect the integrity of the university’s identifying marks when creating items that fall within the category "Goods and Merchandise" (such as apparel, pens and cups), certain requirements apply.

Vendors producing goods and merchandise intended for resale are not authorized unless the project is approved by the Director of Marketing and Licensing, Athletic Department. This includes any items intended for sale for fundraising purposes.

Goods and merchandise intended for internal use by University colleges, departments and student organizations must have artwork approved by the Director of Marketing and Licensing, Athletic Department before production.

To preserve DePaul’s brand unity, university units and programs are not allowed to develop new logos or other identifying marks for use on goods and merchandise without prior permission from the associate vice president (AVP) of Marketing Communications.

For more information, contact the Director of Marketing and Licensing, Athletic Department.
